WHOLESALE ACCOUNT REQUIREMENTS

All customers must apply for and receive approval before accessing wholesale pricing or placing orders. Wholesale accounts are granted exclusively to businesses that meet our verification criteria.

Valid business entity (LLC, Corporation, Sole Proprietor, etc.)
Completed resale certificate or tax exemption form (if applicable)
State-issued license if required in your jurisdiction
Submission of wholesale application form

Accounts are subject to periodic review and may be suspended if compliance is not maintained.

ORDER POLICIES

All orders are processed in the order received and are subject to product availability and account approval status.

Minimum order quantities apply for wholesale pricing
Orders will not be processed until account documents are submitted and verified
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion
Pricing is subject to change based on market and inventory levels

SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT

We offer a variety of shipping options for wholesale clients, including standard ground, LTL freight, and palletized delivery. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless otherwise stated in writing.

All shipments are discreet and include required compliance documents
Tracking will be provided upon fulfillment
Title and risk of loss transfer upon delivery to the carrier
Damages or losses must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

COMPLIANCE & LEGAL

Elm Woods Farm Wholesale operates in accordance with all applicable federal and state laws. Our products are derived from industrial hemp containing <0.3% Δ9-THC by dry weight, as defined by the 2018 Farm Bill.

COAs (Certificates of Analysis) are available for all products upon request
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure legality in their state or region
Products are not intended for sale to minors or for use where prohibited by law
Misuse or mislabeling of products may result in account termination

RETURNS & CLAIMS

All sales are final for wholesale orders. Due to the sensitive nature of hemp-derived products, we do not accept returns unless a product is defective or incorrect.

Claims must be submitted within 3 business days of delivery
Photo evidence and lot numbers are required for all claims
Approved claims will be issued as store credit or replacement only
